Djokovic vs Federer 2013 London Finals Trade

Djokovic vs Federer London Trade.

The 2013 tennis season has almost ended. The Davis Cup is the last competition left to establish its Winners. The Final will be unfolding this weekend in Belgrade, Serbia. Novak Djokovic, former World No. 1 and the main player of the Serb team has just managed to successfully defend his World Tour Finals title. I did manage to trade one of his Round Robin matches against the already legendary, Roger Federer.

Nole won on Monday night, in straight sets, against his arch rival and leader of the ATP rankings, Rafael Nadal. The 2013 London Finals has been a great event and I also managed to trade a match from the Group Stage. The one between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, which actually was a rematch of the Paris Masters Semifinal. During the last Masters Series 1000 event of the season Djokovic defeated Federer after dropping the opening set.

He did do his homework this time and wasn’t surprised by Federer’s good indoor performances. I opened a position after Federer missed his break chances in Nole’s 4th service game and the Djokovic break came straight away along with the set. To be honest I wasn’t expecting Federer to grab the 2nd set, as he lately seems to fade away during the later stages of the match, due to his age most probably. However, Nole closed the match with a clear decisive set win, although the O2 Arena crowd was strongly backing the Swiss Champ.

Anyway I nicked a $25 profit and can only hope that I will have a lot more time available for trading in 2014.

I’m currently working on a new post so make sure that you check it. Indeed I do plan to be far more active in 2014. If everything works out as planned I should be able to have more online time next year. ;)
